We just improve our return policy, and now customer will have a window of 15 days, to return an item after the customer received it. Once the package arrived to the customer destination, and the carrier and customer confirm it was delivered and received. (PLEASE DONT SHIP THE ITEM BACK AFTER THE TIME FRAME) because you will you the money and the package. We dont take any outfit back after 15 days, that include the shipping transit. Please make sure you shipped ASAP after approval. 

If there's any problems, our client must get in contact with us, and we will try to solve any issues. If the package or item received was damage, was the wrong color, size, or outfit, we will offer a full refund to the customer, but the client have to ship back the package including the bag, and any accessories of the item which was delivered. We also offer exchange or store credit in case the customer wants to replace it for a different color, size, or style. 

PLEASE NOTE 

Any package delivered with the wrong item, the customer will have 48 hours windows to report that to us, and 72 hours to return the package, otherwise a refund won't be issue. We won't accept any package delivered to customers after that time for problems if the customer never report that to us. Please be advice that if you try on any outfit, and it was not what you order, it won't be received and refunded. Please anything you order, must match with the pictures and the model in our website, if not, we will cancel the order and refund the customer after the package is returned and received. PLEASE DON'T USE OR TRY ANYTHING THAT YOU DID NOT ORDER.  

Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm.

NOTE: Free Shipping Order won't have a free return label, therefore the customer will be responsible for the expenses of anything returned item. Qualify Expedited Shipping in some cases will do get an authorized Return Label.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, and anything inside the bag. Please do not send anything to the original address outside of the package. 

We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

Order Cancellation
We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund too with not fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
