Return & Exchange Policy
We just improve our return policy, and now customer will have a window of 30 days, to return an item after the customer received it. Once the package arrived to the customer destination, and the carrier and customer confirm it was delivered and received. If there's any problems, our client can get in contact with us and we will try to solve any issues. If the package or item received was damage, we will offer a full refund to the customer, and provide a return label for that. We also offer exchange or store credit in case the customer wants to replace or a different outfit.
Please understand that we do not accept returns or exchange without prior return authorization. Therefore, if you need to return your order for some reason, please contact our Customer Service staff first to confirm.
NOTE: Free Shipping Order won't have a free return label, therefore the customer will be responsible for the expenses of anything returned item. Qualify Expedited Shipping in some cases will do get an authorized Return Label.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including the original packaging, and anything inside the bag. Please do not send anything to the original address outside of the package.
We will not process your refund or exchange request without early notification.

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should contact us at customer center immediately once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer a full refund too with not fee. We will not accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped.
