Is the packaging & payment discreet? 

Yes, your privacy is important to us. Therefore, we use unbranded packaging materials, the sender field on our shipping labels will say "Vestir En Moda" or our warehouse name located overseas. 

Your bank statement will also show "Vestir En Moda" when your payment is summited, which wont specify the item you bought in our store. 

Can I order mixed sizes in of any item?

Absolutely, you can select as many time and size you want to purchase. We will also provide you a space at the check out section, for you to leave any additional instruction regarding your order. You can write down your request, such as "Color of your house, drop off location, color and size of your items, etc" and we will make sure it will be taken care of. 

What is the status of my order?

Once you have placed your order, we will send you a confirmation email immediately, and it will takes us 1-3 business days to process and ship your order out.

Once your order is shipped, we will send you another email to confirm you the tracking number, which will provide you the expected delivery range date, as well as the link to track your order.

I have a special event planned, do you offer rush shipping?

We offer express 9-20 business days expedite shipping, it is pricey but has a guaranteed delivery time, compare with free shipping, which items will be delivered 15-25 business days.

If you have any special request, we will try our best to help you! Don't panic, send us an email and we will get back to you within 24 hours. If the product is in stock, we will try to shipped the same day. Just a reminder, our warehouse is overseas, but we are bringing all of our items back to the US. 

Can I change my order?

We can only change orders that have not been shipped yet.

Where do you ship?

We currently ship world wide, your shipping will be automatically calculated at checkout. We use local and international carriers services services. Once we received your tracking, we will email it to you with the link.

How long does it take to ship my order?

Once you've placed your order, it usually takes 1-3 days to ship out.

Free and Expedite Shipping will be presented at checkout based on your location. Make sure to look the time frame is indicate in both options before checking out, and select which is more convenience for you.

What payment methods do you accept?

You can purchase on our website using a debit or credit card.

We additionally offer support for PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, Shopay, and many other debit and credit card provider. You can chose these payment methods at checkout.

Will I pay taxes for international shipping?

Deliveries in Europe will have to pay custom taxes if contacted by customs.

Our delivery partner will handle the clearance and will invoice you in local currency for the duties and taxes linked to your order if requested by customs.

Do you have physical stores?

We currently don't have any physical stores under our brand name due to COVID-19, and it economy impact. However, we are looking for multiple warehouse to storage or item for a faster delivery. We are also starting to look for a 3PL partner that could meet our needs.
